Throughout the months of October and November, DALLOYAU collaborates with local artist dodolulu and print five soft and whimsical watercolour illustrations of dodolulu on the signature Opéra. dodolulu's works are inspired by her feelings about life and manifested through quirky and expressionless female characters illustrated in soft colours and simple lines, hoping to create a sense of healing and connection with people in the art and in the food.

How to enjoy?
Allow the cake to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes for the best texture and flavour before serving. Eat all the layers in one go to enjoy a heavenly combination of flavours and textures
