Throughout the months of January and February 2022, DALLOYAU collaborates with local artist Choy Yat Chun Anthony and print six soft yet vibrant watercolour illustrations on the signature Opéra.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Choy Yat Chun Anthony is a post-80s avid sketcher and watercolor painter. Flower is his main subject of focus given its versatility to demonstrate multiple emotions and notions through its ever-changing forms. A series of Hydrangea paintings is his signature works and he is now exploring different techniques to depict the beauty of flower, hoping people could find their inner peace from enjoying his paintings.

How to enjoy?
Allow the cake to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes for the best texture and flavour before serving. Eat all the layers in one go to enjoy a heavenly combination of flavours and textures
